“Everything was fine with my stay. However, I booked for 5 nights but my stay was cut short and I only was able to stay for 3 nights. It is their slow season and the hotel looked to be less than half full. So they were NOT going to lose any revenue from my cancellation as the room would not have been booked anyway. When I asked for any type of compensation as in a refund I was told their policy is to not issue any refunds. Not even a company credit for a future use. So I'm done with this...

“This is a nice hotel, clean and well staffed in proximity of the city center. However the beautiful indoor unheated pool’s water can be somewhat cold at times and the gym’s fitness instruments or machines could be improved. The restaurant is quite adequate as well but the food preparation and service needs a bit of fine tuning. Besides that overall good hotel with a great stay and friendly staff. ”

“Where can I begin… This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The service was non-existing, no one in the staff was service minded. Me and my friend stayed there for work purposes and ended up leaving early just because of their poor treatment. All the time there we were treated like strangers, no one in the staff knew we were guests, so we were questioned who we were at many times. They had a wedding one day and a conference one day, so they refused us entrance to the restaurant. After...
